General Provisions

Charity program "Sport and Youth in Action" (hereinafter the Program) is developed jointly by charity organization "The Way to the Future", "Association of sports clubs of Ukraine" with the support of the Department of Youth and Sports of the Executive Body of Kyiv City Council (KSCA) and the Kiev Youth Center in accordance with: Charter of the charitable organization "Way to the Future"; Law of Ukraine "On Charitable Activity and Charitable Organizations"; Law of Ukraine "On Volunteer Activity"; Law of Ukraine "On Public Organizations"; other laws and regulations of Ukraine.
The program was adopted and approved by the general meeting of the charitable organization "The Way to the Future" on 01 April 2022, Minutes No. 22

Purpose of the Programme

An association of athletes and young people to support and help people in need or affected by the war with Russia. Support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, TRO and Volunteer formations.

The objectives of the programme

For realization of Program and achievement of her aim, the next tasks of Program are certain:
-it is organization of volunteer motion among young people and sportsmen of Kyiv and Kyiv area
-it is providing of victim from battle actions, ЗСУ, ТРО, ДФТГ, necessaries, medications, meal, clothing;
-it is realization of events of psychological and physical rehabilitation;
-it is a help in providing of temporal residence
-it is a grant of material, financial, psychological, organizational and other help;
-it is realization of events that sent to propaganda of volunteer motion, to informing of public of range of problems of victim from battle actions, ЗСУ, ТРО, ДФТГ, that arose up in connection from the conduct of military operations on territory of Ukraine;
-it is organization of the system of assistance of population in the decision of the complex and individual problems related to logistical support of ЗСУ, ТРО, ДФТГ in Ukraine;
-it is organization of eleemosynary actions on bringing in of money, things, equipment, medications and other for the help of ЗСУ, ТРО, ДФТГ and persons that suffered in connection from the conduct of military operations on territory of Ukraine;
-it is joint work with other unprofitable organizations of alike direction for the achievement of the Program aims;
-it is support of the municipal, regional and national programs of alike directions;
-it is a collaboration with executive bodies and organs of local self-government.

The means of implementation and budget of the Programme

The funds for the implementation of the Programme come from
- voluntary charitable contributions from individuals and legal entities;
- targeted charitable contributions from individuals and legal entities for the implementation of the Programme;
- funds raised from charity events (events, concerts, auctions, fairs, etc.)
- funds from grants provided by international and other charitable and public organizations
- Other sources, not prohibited by the current Ukrainian legislation.

The budget of the program (monetary and material funds) necessary to implement the latter are determined by the board of the charitable organization "The Way to the Future" within the approved estimates for the implementation of charitable programs, taking into account the need to implement other charitable programs, which were or will be approved by the general meeting of the charitable organization "The Way to the Future".
